living your purpose - a community integration program

Our Philosophy

The Living Your Purpose program is designed to identify community-based interests and preferred activities of the individuals we service.

At Living Your Purpose, individuals are paired with caring adults who provide the support necessary to access resources within the community.

These daily activities embrace their specific interests, promote their ability to successfully meet their life skill objectives and provide growth opportunities necessary for the individuals to reach their highest potential so that they might live a fully expressed and joyful life.

Our Living Your Purpose program is also designed to support individuals in their decision-making process, respect their opinions, and prioritize their feelings to ensure they have access to self-determination.
